Lotland is built for house & land packages and development sites — the part of the property market where lot boundaries, zoning and development potential aren't background detail, they're the whole decision. Lotland starts from the cadastral layer rather than adding it on top of a generic listing template.
It shares its underlying cadastral data and infrastructure with Homesteader rather than duplicating it, so improvements to the data layer or the map experience on one platform carry across to the other.
Lotland is in development and not yet a live public product. It draws on the same underlying data and infrastructure work being built out for Homesteader, so it advances in step with that platform rather than as a fully separate build.
Same cadastral data layer and edge infrastructure as Homesteader — one reference, two lenses on it.
Development-and-land focused, where Homesteader is residential buyer/vendor focused.
